Following a request to book a workshop place, I will check availability of spaces and send you an invoice for the workshop fee.
One Day Workshops:
Full payment is required on booking.
Two or more Day Workshops:
Payment can be made in full or a deposit required on booking and an invoice for the balance will be sent and must be paid 4 weeks before the workshop start date.
Once you have signed up for a course, you have committed to paying the total workshop cost (deposit and instalments)
A bank transfer payment is preferred but cheques will be accepted. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please let me know when you request to book a workshop place. Your place will be reserved for 7 days and following payment, I will confirm your booking by email.
Please note that unless specified all workshops are for adults only (16 years upwards).
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop, please let me know. If I have a waiting list for the class you have booked and can rebook your place, I will refund the workshop less an administration fee of £20. If I cannot rebook then no refund will be given. I will make every effort to rebook the place.
In the unlikely event a workshop has to be cancelled, deposits or fees already paid will be refunded.
You have the option to cancel within 14 working days of the confirmation of your booking and have a full refund of your deposit or fee (as per Consumer Protection Regulations).
If you make a booking on a date less than 14 days before the start date of the workshop, your right to cancel ceases on the start date of the workshop.
All fees are exclusive of insurance. It is recommended that you take out insurance to cover the eventuality of you being unable to attend for reasons beyond your control.
My refund policy still applies; refunds will not be given unless we cancel the workshop due to lack of numbers or if I have a waiting list and am able to rebook your place, I will refund the workshop fee less an administration fee of £20. If I cannot rebook then no refund will be given.
